We offer flexibility to support both growing boutiques and established brands:

  We are fully flexible with MOQs. While we recommend 50 pieces per style for production efficiency, we are happy to accommodate smaller runs upon discussion.

Thanks to our in-house dyeing facility, we can fulfill custom color orders starting from just 30 pieces per style.

Our lead time varies based on season, order complexity, production schedule, machinery requirements, and order quantities.

• In-stock items: Ship within 3 days of payment.
• Custom bulk orders: Typically require 14–45 days, depending on design complexity and order volume.

Yes, we specialize in custom designs. Our in-house design and development team can work with your sketches, tech packs, or reference samples to create custom weaves and knits that align with your brand identity. From yarn selection to final finishing — every detail can be tailored.

We’re happy to offer samples so you can experience our craftsmanship before placing a bulk order. Below is how our sample process works:

✅ Sample Charges & Refunds

All samples are chargeable. However, the sample cost is fully refunded once you place a wholesale bulk order. You may also choose to apply the amount as a credit toward your order.

• 🧣 Inventory Samples
  If you select a sample from our existing inventory, the sample fee is 2× the wholesale price.
  Example: If a scarf’s wholesale price is $50, the sample fee is $100.
• ✂️ Custom Samples
  For fully customized samples (your measurements, colors, or design), the sample fee is 3× the estimated wholesale price. This includes development and operational costs.
• 💰 Sample Fee Deduction Example
  If a scarf sample costs $100 and your bulk order of 10 pieces totals $500, we will deduct $50 (the base wholesale value) from your final invoice.
  Final payable amount: $500 – $50 = $450.
• 🚫 Why We Charge for Samples
  Due to past instances where samples were ordered at wholesale rates without follow-up, we charge for samples to ensure fair use of our production resources, as small-batch sampling is labor-intensive.
